Our Approach

Sanborn Diversity Training Solutions, LLC offers targeted, carefully crafted LGBTQ training seminars, designed to be taken by both management and regular employees, which address the educational needs of organizations around the LGBTQ community.

General Information:

All seminars are available either in-person or via live, virtual instructor-led training. 

This allows training to be taken by anyone, anywhere and allows Sanborn Diversity Training Solutions, LLC to reach organizations across the nation from our home base in New Hampshire.

This is live training, led by an expert instructor in real-time, whether in-person or virtually. Time and time again, research shows that learners learn best when they are engaged in the education process. That can't happen if they are simply watching a pre-recorded video, for example.

• Our training is interactive and participant focused. When training online, we harness the tools and user-friendliness of the Zoom platform to keep participants interested and engaged. Both in-person and virtual trainings create participant-engagement with discussions, activities, and plenty of opportunities for questions.

• We offer trainings to fit a range of budgets and organization sizes. Our flagship seminar consists of two sessions of two hours each, for a total of four hours of learning. The seminars are broken into two chunks in this fashion in order to keep participants fresh and engaged. In addition, we also offer shorter seminars, including Lunch and Learns, for organizations whose budget or time-availability calls for a more condensed experience.

• We accommodate your schedule. We will work with your organization to schedule the training at a time that works for your organization and your employees and stakeholders. This includes evening and early morning engagements.
